Departmental Scholarships

The School of Mathematics and our generous affiliates recognize hard-working, talented mathematics majors by providing departmental scholarships.

The application process for an Undergraduate Mathematics Scholarship uses a short online application form which can be accessed only while logged into your UMN account during the open application period. The deadline for submitting an application was Monday 10 April 2017.

Applicants must be mathematics majors in good academic standing who will register as full-time students for both Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 semesters.

Twenty-five math majors were awarded scholarships by the School of Mathematics in 2016-7, and we anticipate at least that many awardees in 2017-8.
