The School of Mathematics and our generous affiliates recognize hard-working, talented mathematics majors by providing departmental scholarships.
The application process for an Undergraduate Mathematics Scholarship uses a short online application form which can be accessed only while logged into your UMN account during the open application period. The deadline for submitting an application in Spring 2020 (for academic year 2020-2021) is yet to be announced.
Applicants must be mathematics majors in good academic standing who will register as full-time students for both Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters.
Thirty math majors were awarded scholarships by the School of Mathematics in 2019-20, and we anticipate at least that many awardees in 2020-2021.
