The course will concentrate mostly on certain local and global questions 
in regularity theory of parabolic and elliptic PDEs.
Examples of PDEs which will be studied include the incompressible
Navier-Stokes equation, higher-dimensional steady-state Navier-Stokes, 
harmonic maps, harmonic map heat flows, complex Ginzburg-Landau, 
semi-linear heat equations, and other model equations.
