I'm a doctoral student at the University of Minnesota advised by Craig Westerland.

I am interested in geometry & topology of 4-manifolds, particularly: Lefschetz fibrations and their moduli, mapping class groups and their connections to physics and arithmetic.

Here are my profiles on Google Scholar and MathSciNet.

### Teaching

• I am not teaching for the summer.

### Publications and Preprints

• Lantern substitution and new symplectic 4-manifolds with $${b_{2}}^{+} = 3$$ (with A. Akhmedov)
Mathematical Research Letters, Vol. 21, No. 1 (2014), P.1-17.
• (Preprint, Journal)

• Unique fiber sum decomposability of genus 2 Lefschetz fibrations
• (Preprint)

• Planar line arrangements and hyperelliptic Lefschetz fibrations
